This evening, head to the Spice Viet restaurant located at the charming Flower Garden Hotel where you will enjoy a dining experience highlighting the best cuisine of Vietnam.  

The chef will treat you to a live cooking demonstration featuring one of Vietnam’s iconic dishes. With a menu that reflects the seasons, expect tantalizing options such as grilled beef wrapped in piper lolot leaves, braised white fish & tofu in a fragrant turmeric broth, or a refreshing young coconut & shrimp salad. 

Following the demonstration, savour a delightful dinner showcasing Vietnamese cuisine.

HAI AU 25–MINS SCENIC FLIGHT 

Experience the unparalleled beauty of Ha Long Bay from the unique vantage point of a scenic seaplane flight with Hai Au Aviation.

This aerial journey offers breathtaking views of the nearly 2,000 limestone islands scattered across Ha Long Bay’s emerald waters, presenting a perspective of majesty and grandeur unmatched by any other. Witness the poetic beauty of ‘Ha Long’, which means ‘descending dragon’, as the islands unfold below you, creating the illusion of an ancient, slumbering dragon nestled in the waters. • Due to weight restrictions,  seaplane has a luggage limit of 7 kg per person .

Wander Hue’s bustling streets, where the evening’s energy and enticing scents lay the groundwork for an unforgettable night of culinary exploration. Kick off with the unique Salt Coffee, a testament to local tastes with its intriguing blend of salted caramel, perfectly embodying Hue’s nocturnal atmosphere. Continue your gastronomic adventure with ‘Banh Khoai’, a crispy pancake brimming with pork, shrimp, and bean sprouts, complemented by peanut sauce. Next, savour ‘Nem Lui’, grilled pork lovingly wrapped in rice paper alongside fresh herbs and fruits. COUNTRYSIDE SCENIC CYCLING TO AN ORGANIC RICE

Cycle through Hoi An’s idyllic countryside to an organic rice farm, where you’ll discover the art of traditional farming and enjoy a farm-to-table meal amidst the beauty of the paddy fields. 

This tour offers a serene escape into the countryside, beginning with a cycle to Cam Kim Island to witness local crafts. Experience making rice paper at a village home before meeting a Vivu Local Legend who champions organic farming of black rice. Refresh with a welcome drink, enjoy panoramic views of the rice paddies, and learn about sustainable agriculture. A hands-on farming demonstration and a wholesome meal prepared by your host offer a deep dive into the local way of life.

• Seasonal variations affect the farm’s scenery and facilities are basic.
• This tour is not operated on the Tet Holiday, on January 1st, and may be closed due to adverse weather from October 1st to  November 31st.

CATAMARAN AT VICTORIA HOI AN RESORT

Set off for a delightful afternoon at the beach and immerse yourself in the tranquil blue waters of Victoria Hoi An’s beachfront. Here, you can board a catamaran and experience the thrill of sailing on the open ocean. Feel the breeze and enjoy the freedom of the seas as you soak up panoramic views of the picturesque shoreline.
