Enjoy afternoon tea at a vegan bakery in Camden before boarding your kayak for a guided tour down to the Regent’s Canal.
Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive London
Make your own way to your hotel in London. Be met by your local guide this evening who will take you by tube to Notting Hill where you will enjoy a delicious Vegan dinner at Farmacy. Your guide will also go through your itinerary with you and advise on bar and pub options in the region, as well as how to get back to the hotel.

Day 2: London
Transfer independently from your hotel by tube to Old Street Station where you will meet your London Vegan guide who will take you on a food tour through the trendy district of Shoreditch. Learn about the region and admire the urban scenery as you enjoy vegan food tasters in four different venues. Your tour will end at Shoreditch Box Park. Enjoy some free time to check out one of the number of Vegan food stops for a quick lunch bite or continue to admire the graffiti and street art of the area.
Next, walk 10 minutes to Liverpool Street Station and take the Circle Line or Hammersmith Line to Barbican Station. Meet your Blue Badge guide outside Barbican underground station and admire the adjacent Brutalist architecture of the Barbican Centre, an arts and entertainment centre dating back in part to the 1940s.
From here, walk past the old London Wall to St Paul’s Cathedral, one of the city’s most iconic and recognisable skyline sights. Designed by Christopher Wren after the Great Fire of London in 1666, St Paul’s is a Grade I listed building designed in the English Baroque style and is one of the most visited attractions in London.
Next, continue to the Guildhall, dating back to the 15th century before visiting the Bank of England, the central bank of the United Kingdom dating back to the late 17th century and the eighth oldest bank in the world. Walk a brief distance to enter the modern skyscraper landscape of the City as you learn about one of London’s most iconic skyscrapers, the Gherkin (30 St Mary Axe), a neo-futuristic building designed by esteemed British architect, Norman Foster. Continue past 20 Fenchurch Street skyscraper, also known as the ‘Walkie Talkie’ due to its unique shape. From here, gain your first glimpse of the iconic Shard as you enjoy some tranquillity in the centre of the city at St Dunstan in the East. Dating back originally to the 12th century, St Dunstan in the East was a Church of England parish church destroyed largely during World War 2; it is now a relaxing public garden.
Head over London Bridge as you admire panoramic views across the Thames, giving sight to the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and the Tate Modern. Walk along the banks of the Thames to the Greater London Authority building, home of the Mayor of London and known locally as the ‘Helmet’. End your tour and look up at the Shard, the tallest building in the United Kingdom.
You will next be guided to Southwark Brewery in Bermondsey Street where you will enjoy a vegan beer tasting and tour of the brewery. The rest of your evening is at leisure. There are a number of great vegan options in the London Bridge area including: Kin + Deum and By Chloe. Make your own way back to your hotel.

Day 3: London
Today after breakfast, transfer by tube to Brixton, another of London’s most buzzing and exciting neighbourhoods. Meet your guide today who will take you on a tour of Brixton where you will learn about the region’s Caribbean history before learning about how Brixton has genetrified in recent years. Next, head to Clarkshaw Brewery where you will enjoy a vegan beer tasting of some local brews before enjoying some free time for lunch at Brixton Village and Pop Brixton. There are a wide range of vegan lunch options here including: Eat of Eden, Burger and Beyond, Mama Dough and Halo Burger.
With your guide, continue by foot to Herne Hill, a village-like neighbourhood home to independent shops and the perfect place to pick up a coffee. Continue for a light walk around adjacent Brockwell Park before boarding one of London’s iconic buses to transport around 20 minutes to Peckham, named one of the coolest neighbourhoods in the world by Timeout Magazine. Enjoy a quick walking tour around the arty street of Bellenden Road and into the Bussey Building, a cultural and creative haven in the centre of Peckham. The rest of your evening is at leisure to explore the myriad of bars and restaurants in the area. Peckham Levels, a converted car park which now is home to a plethora of pop up food stalls, is a great place to find vegan fare, including: Deserted Cactus, Kigali and Wildflower). Open during the Summer, Franks Bar on the top of the car park, offering views over the centre of London, is a MUST. Make your own way back to your hotel.

Day 4: London
After breakfast, transfer by tube to Camden where you will meet your guide who will take you on a walking tour of Camden, the home of alternative culture and music in London.
Around midday, enjoy a vegan ‘afternoon tea’ at Nora and Nama Camden Bakery, a vegan-only bakery. Enjoy some free time at the market to enjoy lunch (we recommend Mildred’s, Vburger or Purezza) before heading to the Pirate Castle for your guided kayaking experience down the Regent Canal. Admire the urban scenery along the waterways before it opens up to enter Regent’s Park.
Return to Camden and disembark. Meet your guide again who will take you on the tube to Soho, a haven for vegan restaurants. We have booked a farewell dinner tonight. Continue your night at the number of bars here before making your own way back to your hotel.
