As Covid restrictions eased and vaccinations progressed, the demand for travel and team-building activities in Vietnam surged. We were contacted by MK Group to organize their annual retreat, hosting over 600 participants at the TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An Hotel. The unforgettable experience included charter flights, exploring Old Town Hoi An, a private beach team-building session, and a spectacular gala dinner on Tam Ky beach.
We were tasked with:
- Securing air transportation for over 600 guests from Hanoi and Saigon.
- Coordinating tours for over 200 guests to Hoi An
- Hosting a gala dinner and teambuilding activities for 600 people
