It all began when I graduated from Hanoi Medical School at a time when Vietnam was opening up to the world. The potential for growth, especially in tourism, was immense. I found myself drawn to the industry quite by chance, working as a tour guide in the summers before I finished my degree. I took visitors around my hometown of Hanoi, sharing the places and moments I held dear, far from the typical tourist trails. These genuine experiences laid the groundwork for our tours and have been at the heart of our company ever since.
After starting Buffalo Tours and developing several other brands, our mission has always been to cater to those seeking genuine experiences, leaving our guests with memories to cherish for a lifetime.
Vivu Journeys is the next step in that evolution, a more refined approach to destination management. Despite the challenges of Covid, we have achieved a great deal. We’ve built a strong foundation, implemented top-notch systems, and our passionate team spans across 15 countries, speaking some 30 languages. But our greatest achievement is the happiness we’ve delivered to over 100,000 guests, reflected in our high customer satisfaction scores and the positive impact we’ve made on communities across Vietnam, Asia, and Europe.
