We were approached by an investment firm at the end of 2023 to provide them with touring activities in Hanoi and opportunities to learn and connect with local businesses.
We were tasked with
- Introducing Capsquare Asia as a potential investment firm to local businesses.
- Providing accommodation, transportation, and meals for over 50 passengers.
- Leading team building activities to facilitate deeper connection of the team members.
Our solutions
- Through our large network, we connected Capsquare with distinguished Vietnamese brands leading their industries such as VinFast in automotive, KidsPlaza in retail, and BOO in fashion.
- Our on the ground team organized accommodation, transportation, and meals for all passengers for the four days and provided logistical support to ensure the trip ran smoothly.
- We led teambuilding activities focusing on trust building and forming deeper connections.
- We made sure the team didn’t miss any of Hanoi’s top sites such as the Imperial Citadel, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the Old Quarter.
